  1. Those concerned about the performance of the uncommon Intel Core 3 N355 laptop CPU need not worry if their usage is limited to routine computing tasks. True, the Core 3 N355—like the older and more widely available i3-N305—is a trimmed-down version of the regular Core i3, but both are sufficient for everyday computing. On the other hand, the lack of dual-channel memory support in these CPUs makes them unsuitable for gaming, which greatly benefits from dual-channel RAM in systems with integrated graphics.
